US Reports Displaying Missing Credit Limits and Risk Scores

Further to our previous communications, we are pleased to confirm that the issue affecting US company reports has now been resolved.
Our technical teams have completed the necessary recovery activities and the latest data has been successfully restored. Validation checks have confirmed that risk scores, credit limits and event information are now being presented correctly.

Dear Customer,
We have identified an issue affecting US company reports, which earlier today resulted in some risk scores, credit limits and event data being unavailable and companies being marked as not rated.
As an immediate mitigation, report functionality has been restored. However, some report information may currently not reflect the most recent updates and could contain older data while we continue our recovery activities.
Our technical teams are actively working to restore the latest and most accurate information as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates via our status page, and there is no need to contact us unless your enquiry is urgent.
We currently expect the affected data to be brought fully up to date shortly and will continue to provide updates on progress.
