Problem Identified

Dear Customer,
We are sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue specifically affecting Spain Company Reports across our UPP/Accelerator and Connect services.
This issue began on 29 May 2026 and is isolated to Spain Company Report data only. Other services and report types remain unaffected.
However, as a result of this disruption, Spain Company Reports may fail to load or may be temporarily inaccessible for customers across both web and API channels.
Our technical teams are actively working with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and restore full availability. We understand the importance of this data in supporting your business processes and are treating this as a priority.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide regular updates as soon as further progress is made or service is restored.
There is no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.
