Earlier today, we identified slower response times when generating PDF reports via the SE ReportFetcher API, which may have caused delays for customers requesting reports in PDF format through the API.
Our engineering teams have now implemented changes to the way PDF requests are handled, and we are currently seeing improved response times compared to earlier behaviour.
Please note that this issue only affected API requests. PDF reports generated through the Creditsafe website continued to operate normally, and all other Swedish services remained unaffected.
We are continuing to closely monitor the service to ensure performance remains stable before making any further adjustments. We will provide further updates if required.
