KYC Protect – Audit Tab Service Disruption

We understand that our customers work to tight deadlines and that interruptions such as this can be disruptive.

We would like to provide an update regarding the issue affecting the Audit tab within KYC Protect. Our teams are continuing to investigate and have identified the root cause of the problem.

We are currently in the process of developing and testing a fix to resolve the issue. We will deploy the update as soon as testing is successfully completed. In the meantime, the existing workaround remains available.

We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will share further updates as progress continues.

Dear Customer,

We are sorry to inform you that the Audit tab within KYC Protect is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Customers attempting to apply filters within the Audit tab may receive an error message stating: “An unexpected error has occurred, please try again.” Our IT team is actively working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

As a temporary workaround, please use the Reports tab within KYC Protect and select Audits. Once on that page, enter a file name for the download along with the required date range. After completing all necessary criteria, select Order Report and wait for the file to generate.

Once the report has completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a hyperlink to the website. Please navigate back to the Reports tab, select Audits again, and the file will be available to download from the Order History section.

We will keep you updated with progress via our status page and notify you once the issue has been resolved. There is no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.
