We are writing to inform you that earlier today, between 14:05 and 14:30 UK time, the UPP website for all entities experienced a temporary service disruption. During this period, users may have encountered access issues or error messages when attempting to log in or use the platform.
Our technical teams immediately investigated the issue and worked to restore normal service as quickly as possible. The underlying cause was identified, and corrective actions were implemented to stabilise the platform. Services have now been fully restored, and we are continuing to monitor closely to ensure ongoing stability.
