Customers who use BankID to log in may experience a persistent loading screen or be redirected to an error page.

We can confirm that alternative authentication methods, such as Email, SMS, and app‑based authentication, are all still working as normal, so please use these methods if possible.
We will keep you updated with our progress via our status page and let you know as soon as the issue has been resolved, so there is no need to contact us by telephone or email unless your case is urgent.
