Between 15 September 2025 at 21:17 BST and 16 September 2025 at 14:34 BST, Creditsafe experienced a temporary data-display issue affecting a limited number of visualisation sections within US company reports.
During this period, all score, limits, and summary-level Trade Payment data remained accurate and fully up to date in our systems. However, customers may have noticed that in the Trade Payment Information area, Outstanding data did not appear in the Outstanding Graph View or Outstanding Table View, even though the underlying information was fully correct and accessible. Paid data continued to display as normal.
Within the Check and Decide product, data was also temporarily missing from the following sections: x.report.additionalInformation, x.report.extendedPaymentData, and x.report.tpdMonthlyBalanceHistories.
Aside from these specific display areas, all other services, data, and functionality were unaffected and continued to operate as expected.
Our engineering teams treated this as a high-priority incident, identified the cause, and implemented a fix. As of 16 September 2025 at 14:34 BST, all previously affected sections are once again displaying the correct data as intended.

At present, all score, limits, and summary-level Trade Payment data remain accurate and fully up to date in our systems. However, customers may notice that in the Trade Payment Information area, Outstanding data is not appearing in the Outstanding Graph View or Outstanding Table View, even though the underlying information is correct and accessible.
