We want to apologise for the technical difficulties you may have experienced when using the CSNO Norway GetData Consumer API V2. We’re pleased to confirm that these issues have now been resolved as of 08:13 AM BST.

We know that our customers work under tight deadlines and interruptions like this can be disruptive.

At Creditsafe we take great pride in our system availability and, while the cause of this service disruption was unanticipated, we will be reviewing our procedures and system architecture and will implement changes to minimise future disruption.

Problem Identified

Dear Customer,

We are sorry to inform you that the Norway GetData Consumer API is currently experiencing a partial service degradation. Some requests may fail intermittently, which could affect access to certain data through the API.

Our IT team is actively investigating the issue to restore full service performance as quickly as possible.

We will keep you updated with progress via our status page and notify you once the issue has been fully resolved. There is no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.
