Bulk Data - Temporary Delay in PLC Financial Data

Dear Customer,

We want to apologise for the technical difficulties you may have experienced when using our Bulk Data service. We’re pleased to confirm that these issues have now been resolved. The updated financial data has now been fully processed and normal service has been restored.

We know that our customers work under tight deadlines and interruptions like this can be disruptive.

At Creditsafe we take great pride in our system availability and, while the cause of this outage was unanticipated, we will be reviewing our procedures and system architecture and will implement changes to minimise future disruption.

Problem Identified

We have now received the corrected data file from our supplier and our dedicated IT team is currently validating it. We will process the updated data as soon as possible and work to restore normal service quickly.

There is no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.
