Issue with Company Links in Monitoring Emails

Dear Customer,

We want to apologise for any difficulties you may have experienced today when accessing company links in Monitoring emails. We’re pleased to confirm that this issue has now been resolved.

While emails sent earlier today may still contain broken links, all new Monitoring emails will now work as expected. Customers can also continue to access company reports via the Monitoring UI or Company Reports section without any disruption.

We know that our customers work under tight deadlines and interruptions like this can be disruptive.

At Creditsafe, we take great pride in our system availability, and while this issue was unanticipated, we will review our processes to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Problem Identified

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that company links in Monitoring emails may not be working as expected. However, this issue only affects Monitoring emails, and customers can still access company links through the Monitoring UI or directly via a Company Report without any disruption. Our IT team is actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Workaround: When clicking on a company link in a Monitoring email, you may be directed to a URL that appears like this: https://app.creditsafe.com/companies/GB-0-XXXXXXXX&utm_source=GB&utm_medium=DE&utm_campaign=click_through&utm_term=DE&utm_content=int

To access the correct page, simply remove everything after the company ID, so the URL looks like this: https://app.creditsafe.com/companies/GB-0-XXXXXXXX

This will allow the link to work as expected.

We will keep you updated via our status page and notify you once the issue has been resolved. There is no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.
