We want to apologise for the technical difficulties you may have experienced today when using our Bulk Data service. We’re pleased to confirm that these issues have now been resolved.

We know that our customers work under tight deadlines and interruptions like this can be disruptive.

At Creditsafe we take great pride in our system availability and, while the cause of this outage was unanticipated, we will be reviewing our procedures and system architecture and will implement changes to minimise future disruption.

As our IT team continue to process the backlog of delayed data jobs the data is being made available for use and bulk data deliveries are completing. We will continue to closely monitor this process to ensure no further issues and all jobs will be completed within the 24 hours.

We want to apologies for the technical difficulties you may be experiencing today when using our Bulk Data product.

Our dedicated IT team have identified the cause and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we are currently re-processing the large volume of data that was delayed form this morning. As these jobs complete the data will be made gradually available for our customers. We expect all of this data to be available by the end of today.

We are sorry to inform you that we are experiencing some technical difficulties with our Bulk Data product, you may notice that some of todays Bulk Data deliveries are missing. Our IT team are already working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

This issue is affecting customers in the following countries - Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

We will keep you updated with progress via our status page and let you know as soon as we have resolved the difficulties, so there’s no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.
