Creditsafe’s DNS provider have confirmed an issue within their service was identified and a fix implemented.

This issue was opened retrospectively.

Due to an issue with DNS resolution, requests to our API may have been impacted for around 25 mins from 22:11 UK time. Automated and manual monitoring confirms that service has been restored and engineers remain on alert to verify no further impact.
